Default 9100 Revlimiter in stock head with bolt-ons?

can a 2000 ITR stock Head take 9100 revlimiter/redline with Intake (AEM) /Headers (DC SS 421)/Exhaust (Tanabe RM) and Kenji's chipped p28 ecu (OBD2-1......5700xover, 9100redline)?

is it safe to take it up all the way to 9100rpm?

thanks

It's safe to do it every once in a while, but there's no point. It's not going to make power past the stock redline with those mods so there's no reason to strain your motor.
