Default stock ECU and fuel pressure adjustments

I have a question regarding the stock ECU, fuel pressure.

I understand that the ECU adjusts itself to maintain proper A/F ratios using one of the oxygen sensors in the exhaust. It is this self-calibration that is performed every time we reset our ECUs and this adjustment also is performed continuously as we drive our cars.

How does this characteristic in the ECU react to changes in fuel pressure with respect to wide open throttle power?

Thanks!

I don't think it does. At wide open throttle I'm pretty sure the two main factors in fuel adjustment are load and throttle position. I think the O2 sensor is more for keeping emmisions in line than for full throttle operation.
