No longer need tune-up
Well my wife wrecked the car she had / has we only have liabilty so we either buy a new one or fix it. It has leather and power everything even seats 1998 Accord EX? runs and drives but radiator is bad amogst other things. What do you guys thing I should do, I was thinking part ir out or sell it whole. Also how do I post the pics of it.
Get an Estimate of repairs first and come back and post it here. We'll need things like milage, general vehicle condition etc. Why abandon a perfectly servicable (repairable) car if it's cheaper to repair than replace???

for pics of the car, Also it is a 1998 Honda Accord and has 153K miles power everything leather. I just dont want to spend the money on a car we aere only going to keep another 2 years anyway.
Also my estimates for repairs run from $1,200 up to $4,500
Other than the body damage the car is very good a few door dings but nothing else major everything on it worked till the accident
Also in Houston

Here's what Kelleys Blue Book has to say:
Engine: 4-Cyl. 2.3L VTEC
Trans: Automatic
Drive: FWD
Mileage: 158,000
Equipment
Air Conditioning
Power Steering
Power Windows
Power Door Locks
Tilt Wheel
Cruise Control
AM/FM Stereo
Cassette
Single Compact Disc
Dual Front Air Bags
ABS (4-Wheel)
Leather
Power Seat
Moon Roof
Alloy Wheels
Consumer Rated Condition: Good
"Good" condition means that the vehicle is free of any major defects. This vehicle has a clean title history , the paint, body and interior have only minor (if any) blemishes, and there are no major mechanical problems. There should be little or no rust on this vehicle. The tires match and have substantial tread wear left. A "good" vehicle will need some reconditioning to be sold at retail. Most consumer owned vehicles fall into this category.

No Comprehensive Insurance, huh?
That's a tough position to be in. You're in the totally unenviable position of spending more money to fix the car than you could get for selling it to a private party. It's even worst if you trade it in ($4,500).
You could sell it as a "Rebuildable" with a straight title (wasn't totalled) and put the money towards your wife's next ride (Insured of course).
You've got some thinking to do

Not knowing what hidden damage there was, I'd still have to estimate the damage at close to the 70% "Total" mark. I had less damage to the rear of my wife's '97 Accord, and the estimate came out at $4210.00.
I'd say you're right where I'd expect for a sale price. If the Airbags deployed, you're even more ahead of the curve than you thought.
I've heard of new Volvo's being totaled from minor F/E impacts that set off the Airbags. Incredibly expensive from what I hear.

i second that thought. don't get rid of unless you have to. i think you got screwed though. i had a 96 dx sedan that had 125k. back in 2000 i totaled it out because the airbags deployed where my whole front end had a little less damage than yours. my estimate was over 8k. i still owed money to pay it off. luckily the wreck was not my fault so the other person issurance company just payed off my car because it was cheaper than to fix it. i got like 23 bucks left over from the paypoff. it could have been worse. i could have been in the hole by thousands. but i had full coverage so that makes a differences i am sure.
