I am guessing you are looking at getting winter tires.
I don't know what kind of civic you have but chances are you need 14 X 5.5 with a 35mm civic. I am not 100% sure however.

His name says EJ8 so thats an EX which should like you said have 14x5.5 and I assume you meant 35mm offset (not 35mm civic
).
Also remember if you are getting winter tires on the steelies skinnier is better.

thanks guys... i already have winter tires, i need to figure out the conversion when i get rims after the winter so i can figure out offset figures. Im assuming if i go with rotas i should get 16 * 7 w/ the smallest offset possible, 40mm.
