OEM Shocks/Springs

I am the "lucky" winner of the auction and just have a question. I recieved what is pictured - their description says "Tokico Illumina" but I think they are just stock? If they are 5-way adjustable like Illumina should be, where is the adjustment part?
Thanks

Those are the stock OE dampers, which are made by Showa as far as I know. You can look at the stamping in the shock body and find the brand. They are definitely not a Tokico Illumina which are painted white, would say Tokico Illumina stamped in the shock body and would have a red adjuster either in the lower side of the shock or in the tip of the top pin detail above where the nuts are. In one place he says they are stock OEM and one place he said they are Illuminas but Illuminas are not stock Honda dampers.
You got hosed, or at least thoroughly misled. Send them back for a refund of your expenses.

Upon further investigation, you can play Sherlock Holmes and lay out what has occurred.
Someone with a stock Accord bought and installed a set of Tokico Illuminas (note the boxes) and some Progress Springs (note the warranty information and envelope) on his car. He put the stock shocks and springs in the Tokico packaging with the Progress paperwork. Instead of going into the trash, somehow they got into the hands of your Ebay dealer who got confused and misled you. Probably and hopefully not his original intention but he has a lot of sales under his belt with a pretty good record so he should make good on his error.

Yeah I am sure thats exactly waht happened. The whole deal cost me $65 which I guess is not that bad still for 4 dampers/springs. I am gonna try to work something out with them where I dont have to send the stuff back. Any good website to get details about the part numbers like which year car they came off?

I look up OEM part numbers on http://www.SlHondaParts.com. You have to look inside each year & model to find the specific part number your looking for, but you'll get the hang of it pretty quickly...
