I`m installing OBD1 conversion to h22 euro R.
IAC valve has 3 wire, I know that ECU support only 2 wire..

please let me know how to re-wire ....

That`s mean if I re-wre harness I have to buy 2 wire IAC?

Or I can use 3wire IAC like 2wire.... ?

yea that's right you need to run the 2 pin IAC
only way i can see to run the 3pin IAC is to run an ecu that will support it.
I have seen OBD1 ecu's that run 3pin IAC's but those are not good for chipping if you plan on modifying fuel/ignition maps, who knows maybe you will find a way
