Ignition timing with no markings on crank pulley???

Ignition timing with no markings on crank pulley???
i have a retareded crank pulley that just has one marking on it and its for tdc and it's off by 5 degrees. is there any way i can set my ignition timing like this??? it's a 88 single cam motor. thanks.
