Install is not very hard, especially OEM ones with OEM instructions.

You can also get replica fog lights on eBay.

the fogs from ebay are a POS when it comes to install... the harness is totally jacked up... my friend ended up splicing the fogs into the parking lights... which is a pretty good way but no ON/oFF switch and the bulb size i believe for our fogs is H11's

If you you have half a mind for electronics you can splice the e-bay fogs in to the ignition switch wire like the one on the radio. then run the constant to the battery and run the on off switch to the factory location. I am no pro I am just not retarded and it took about an hour. The longest part was making sure my template for the cuts were dead on. I did buy replacement bulbs. So total i spent about 50 bucks vs. 223 http://www.handaaccessories.com/civext01.html personally it was worth it to go with the e-bay ones. But if you grew up in an appartment building with no garage i dont know how easy it would be.
