which sized exhaust for b16?

i have a b16a2 and it has the usual bolt ons and i will be spraying it in the future.

now my question is what size exhaust would be better? 2.25 or 2.5 inch piping?

2 1/4 its prolly big enough and thats what i have on my b16 car, 2.5 inch is good for 1.8 and 2 liter applications
