what to install and not to install for 92 civic ENERGY SUSPENSION??

what to install and not to install for 92 civic ENERGY SUSPENSION??
looking to buy a ENERGY SUSPENSION kit for my 95civic eg? will i be using all of the item that comes in the kit? how do i know what is what? are they hard to put on?

You probably won't use all of them... but they are there. And yea, installation is a BITCH. Hope you have patience, or someone with access to a machine press.
