Default Tire question, big difference in grip between V and Z Kumho 712's?

as the topic states, just wondering if anybody has had experience on BOTH the V and Z rated Kumho 712's (205/50/15)

there's a set of the V's in stock where im located, but if there's a substantial difference between the V's and Z's i guess i wont bother. dont wanna end up with a Nitto NT450-esque tire

my other option is a set of BFG Comp TA Z/R's in 195/50/15 for the same price, but would the narrower tire offset the stickier compound of the BFG's?

heh if anybody can shed ANY light in this, it would be greatly appreciated!

TIA!

I haven't tried either one.. sorry.. I like the sumimtomo's because they are cheap
I don't think there would be a difference whatsoever between the V and Z performance wise, assuming you stay below their design speed..

IMO: I'd get the bfg's.. 195's are usually the recommend tire width for 15x6.5 and 15x7's If the tread is sticker and the pattern superior than yes.. get the bfg's!

one thing im wondering tho, how much of a factor is the increased width of the 205's?

7.9" for the 195's compared to 8.4" for the 205's, the extra width hasta count for something!

ahh why cant they sell Azenis where i live
