Default 4 lug to 5 lug honda accord adapters

I have a 1994 Honda Accord LX and I want these rims that require 5 lugs. I think I found a 4 lug to 5 lug adapter here: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...96715
I wanted to make sure they are the same thing as the ones here http://www.ezaccessory.com/.sc...ot%3B
And I also wanted to know if anyone could tell me in more detail about the adapter such as installation, risks, and compatability with my car. Thanks in advance.

to be honest, both product looks equally low in quality, that's the stuff they use in ghetto low rider and trucks

unless you have some low/zero offset wheel, or it will stick up and bust your fender if your car is lower. not to mention looking like a total ****

the only quality made adaptor i see is h&R, saw a set in person and it's built right

the should be okay if you driving on street but if you going to autoX, hpde you are not very lightly to pass tech inspection

and the offset? i don't think prime have a low/zero offset passenger car wheel.

if the guy is selling a 45 ET wheel, it will stick out like a **** if you run an adaptor.

you can always do the prelude 5 lug conversion found on this website...

http://www.accordinglydone.com ....

don't cheap out, adapters aren't safe and you really don't want to risk something like your wheels falling off or failing in any other way...if you are going to modify your car, be safe and do it right...it's not worth risking your life or the lives of others...

yes, those are the size of the tires, the wheel should be 16x6.5-16x7 but the most critical infomation we need is the ET a.k.a offset of the WHEEL/RIMS

on the wheel(probably inner side) will have a stamp or sticker that indicates such info, it looks like this..

ET32mm

ET45mm

OFFSET15mm

almost too much work to get some used wheel to fit, they are not that expensive or rare to fuzz with all the spacer and adaptor IMHO.

I have no idea what the offset is. I looked around the tire, on the tire, inside the tire and I did not find any ET or OFFSEt information on it. If i find it I will let you know thanks for all the help. Since this is my last post for today ( stupid trial posting thing ) I would like to get a final opinion on whether or not I should get the e-bay ones, and if the ebay ones will work for my car. Also you said that it would be too much work to get these tires to fit, so do you know where I can get 4 tires with rims for 4 lug about 16" that look nice and not more than 500$ lol. I'm stuck with a minimum wage job now so money is pretty tight. Thanks in advance, also if you find anything please give me a link to the site and I will check it out thanks.

Like I said, definitely don't get the ebay ones...if you do decide to get some adapters, get the ones mentioned above...but i wouldn't...as for a wheel/tire combo, go get any import magazine and you can probably find wheel/tire combos for dirt cheap...keep in mind they won't be the best quality and the tires will suck, but if that's what you want, go for it...ebay will also have wheel/tire combos as well, but again, it's probably the crap of the crop in terms of quality...

I'd personally suggest lookin in the vendors forum for a set of Rota wheels...they are extremely light-weight and very well priced... you can probably find them for a little over $400 shipped for that size if you look...and then, I'd suggest saving up for tires afterwards...the right tires are probably the most important part of your car...it's the only part of the car that connects you to the road and can make all the difference in every aspect of handling and performance...just save up and do it right...you'll be happier in the end...

Just be patient and keep checking the classifieds. Eventually you'll find a set you like for a decent price.

Nick got a point.

there's plenty tuner wheel fit your budget and in my honest opinion, prime wheel is not even that good looking.

just save up some money, i am a poor college student myself so i know how you feel.

guess what i got for christmas? 16x7 16x8 under 500 buck enkei racing S
(white wheel is the original condition when i got it, stripped sand down and polished(silver))
