Default VAFC and WideBand O2

ok ive got a VAFC....
The car is OBD2 (96 Integra GS-R)
I was gonna buy buy a prewired harness from these guys...
Boomslang Prewired VAFC harness
I also wanna run a wideband O2...

What else do i have to do to make this work?

Get it tuned and your set. Are you using it for a reason? (for a turbo or various n/a parts?)

Various n/a parts

but i wanna keep it passing inspection all the time so no obdI conversion or hondata

people say the vafc wont pass visuial inspection.. but i kno people.

I just need it to pass when the computer plugs in.
