thats a very nice dyno with a really clean powerband for the amount of mods you have. must be well blueprinted.

yeah, im looking into a set of CTR cams and a JDM ITR header with 2.5" collector. Im going to follow that up with high flow cat and 2.5" exhaust.

There was a guy here a few years ago that build one, srp pistons, same rods, stock b16 head, basically the same setup. Made 174whp on a dynojet.

I'd say your good.

Yeah...I was happy. My tuner even was surprised. He said he thought he wasnt even going to get it to upper 60's.

thats flywheel HP? the torque graph says flywheel on it? what dyno was this on? thats about 137ft-lbs of torque which seems too high for pretty much a stock LS/Vtec

Its not flywheel becuase it was done on a dyna pack. I do not know why it says that.

Any how do you figure its a pretty stock ls/vtec?

Well being that its a B18b block with the lower r/s ratio, I should not be revving it anything past 8k. But if you look at my dyno, I really do not need to rev it that high. I stop making power after 7.7k. I do have forged rods and pistons and a block guard, so it is a little safer than stock.

Don't worry so much about rod-to-stroke ratio.

You have aftermarket rods with strong rod bolts. Rev that thing to 9k if you've got the cams.

Yeah but there is no point to rev that hight being that I'm not making power that high.

B16 rods will physically be too long to fit with an LS crank on a stock-deck-height block.

You must use LS rods.
