Seems like a decent price but reputation says it all. Seems a little cheap actually but if the shop is quality then no worries.

It's a father/son owned joint. I've seen the work and restorations on cars they have in the shop...Really good work. He said "We will not let you leave with the car untill you're completely satisfied."
He also quoted me $250 to fiberglass and paint all interior pieces. Two tone charcoal grey and jet black. Includes:
Removal of all hard plastic interior pieces.
Prep: sanding, primer, fiberglass etc...
Base coat and clear coat.
Reinstallation.
I left him a piece of plastic trim from the hatch area. He's gonna' show me a sample of how it will look and feel. He said it'll have a finish like the outside of the car. Nice and wet lookin!
I'll post pics when it's done.

Just be careful about whose hands you place your car in. Make sure that the work they do is quality and that they stand behind it. Not trying to be an e-dick, but the guys in Appearance/Cosmetic will be able to help you more.

i work at a body shop. and for that price i say watch out. primer, paint and clear itself is probably 3-4 hundred dollars. new emblems and mouldings cost about 1-2 hundred. so imagine someone fixing all the rust, dents, scratches for around $200. and u say wetsand and buff too? here in michigan, a job like u described goes well over 3 grand. all the things u have listed would take atleats 3 days to do properly. so 3 days? $200 dollars? = 65 dollars a day. most painters in the business make 3-400 a day. i wouldnt even prime and block a car for less than a grand. so get everything in writing or something, dont pay till its done, half in the beginning, half when the job is done. but if its true, than you have a really really really good deal there. i highly doubt it though.
