What is this wire for? It's solid blue with thin red stripe located under the hood in the front driver side. It runs together with the left turn signal and windshield washer motor wires. In my case, it's not connected. The other end may be causing some short which may be the reason why a couple of fuses are blowing-up intermittently. TIA.
