Default lots of problems with my teg, someone help me please!

Hi guys! Recently my car been acting really weird and sorry this post is too long. Anyways, the most annoying problem is that when early in morning when my car is cold, the rpm needle will not go up to where ever the temperature of my car. It just stay at zero and after driving it for awhile, the needle will back to normal. In addition to this, mph needle for some weird reason it does not go past 74-79 miles when the engine gets really hot (by this I mean after driving it for two hours). Anyway, the needle either stay at 73 then jump to 80 if I drive 80 or more. However, after I have past 80 and let go of my gas, then the needle will slowly go down but it will not back up to 74-79 if I drive between those miles. So what do you guy this is wrong with my needles? I took my cluster apart yesterday and tried to detached all the plugs that goes behind the cluster and that didn't do the trick. Any help with this problem is greatly appreciated.

My other problem is that when I drive 40 mph or more, I car will sound like there is a big V8 truck driving next time to me. I think it might my tires but not sure. This just happened two days ago and till now. This is really annoying when I drive 75 mph. Any guess with this one?

My last problem is that I had my clutch replace (the whole kit) almost a year now. However, after my car is warm up or drive it for a bit, and if I press my clutch in slowly, I feel that it has a grinding feel or sound like a string is plucking off from a gitar. I know it is my clutch because if I open my door, I can hear that noise under my car. Along with this, it makes a squeaky noise as I press the clutch in. The weird thing is that I brought my car back to the place that I had it replaced, one of mechanic said that my clutch feels normal and drive normal. What pissed me off though is that when I went there and tried to making that grinding noise, that stupid noise didin't occur. So there was nothing I can say that is wrong with my clutch. Also if this help. As let go of my clutch, my car will not more forward until almost totally let off of my clutch. Is it suppose to be that way? If remember correctly, after half way letting the clutch go, our car should start moving forward or react in some way right? Sorry again for such a long post but if anyone can help me, I am really appreciate your help.
thank you

thanks for the help on the clutch. It is the most important thing that I am concern about and it is good to know that my clutch is not damage in anyway.

Any other suggestion for my other problems?

the ties may have a flat spot - this causes a kinda ratteling noise at higher speeds, best to just get new tires

the squeek on the clutch might be the spring on the pedal not the clutch
