fender and wheel clearance
Are you trying to say that the top of the drivers side tire has more room to the fender then the top of te passenger side. If so, it could be that you have more negative camber on the drivers side.

yup, i'd say it's an alignment thing.

If you have a front camber kit, I would get in there & make sure everything is okay. If you don't, I would probably have the front Upper control arms looked at. If one is bent, it will be shorter than the other...
