Very nice. Is that design intended for A/C clearance?

Wish, I could dyno those, they should be alot better than the DC's I ran on your motor.

I NO WAY IS THIS A BASH. I'm going to actually by a header from RMF cause it puts out the most power from what i have researched.

No cleaning up the weld beads inside the header. I know I have seen competitors headers were they cleaned up the excess bead inside the header and look very good, just wondering? I know I the customer can do it, but thats kind of deep in there?

I might just be **** or something.

John

Nice header

Yeah wait 3 months when it rusts in half and re evaluate..lol
Unless of course its stainless, doesn6t5 appear to be though.
Even coated headers will rust after 3 years..but i still say do it..

Its a crying shame that the mild steel looks so damn good, yet I've heard horror stories about rusting and cracking at the flange's.

No Randy, not a bash on your workmanship or your products....just a statement about the downfalls of mild steel as a material.

Plus is sucks that the stainless headers are almost 2X the price of that header.

I remember in your CRX build thread you already had a coated RMF header. What was "customized" to this one? Just asking since I'm ordering this header soon for my CRX.

This one is thinner material, and has a 3in flange/collector

Wow! I always thought 3in collectors and exhausts were for turbo cars...
