Default which color is the power wire in my FAN RELAY

i think the sesor on the back of the motor is messed up my fan runs constantly unless i unplug the relay, im gonna find the hot wire and splice into it and run a toggle switch into my car...

but which is the hot wire 89 lx

colors--

blue
black w/ yellow stripe
another black w/ yellow stripe
yellow w/ green stripe
solid black

Just switch the yellow with green stripe to ground. Leave the relay and power wires connected like they are. (You can tap into the yellow/green wire inside the car at the ECU Pin B4.

You can get a digital voltmeter for less than $15. Take you 10 minutes to learn to use it by reading the instructions. It will change your life.
