obd-0 Integra

Hey guys I want to know what is involved in changing a obd-0 integra to 0bd-1

Also What is the price range

Well I just bought a 91 integra Ls and the motors knocking so I was going to replace it with a 0bd1 ls and to add on I plan on boosting done the line.
