Default transmission question

yea i knwo this is the Na forum but this seemed liek the place to ask, everyone else is busy talking about corner lamps and ****. anyway....

a usdm ITR tranny wit han ATS 4.9 final drive....

sounds to me like it will put me at like 6k rpms at 70 mph on the freeway. anyone have a similiar setup? i dont want to be screaming along in vtec at 60-65mph

yes you are correct, the transmission will be very short. Maybe try a 4.78 final drive form a 98+ spec JDM ITR tranny. The USDM ITR tranny already has perfect gearing ration for most all-moter aplications IMHO
