Well, today was supposed to be the last ride day of my MSF course. The friend I got a ride with last week, and was supposed to get a ride with this week (no public transportation gets there on time, and they kick you out of the class if you are late) is a no-show. Not answering phone, cell phone, or apartment door. Yesterday he said we were all cool for going, and I can't find him now, his car isn't outside either. I'm not pissed if he didn't want to give me a ride, or if something came up, I'm pissed about him not letting me know so I could get other transportation. My other friend with a car is 20 minutes away, so I would have had to let him know ahead of time to come get me. Another 7 weeks with no license, riding the bus, and another 200 bucks down the drain. I might just go get my permit and ride anyway until I can get in another MSF course. DAMMIT!

Man that does suck. I know its a bit of a harsh thing to do but you could always pull the "a very close member of the family passed away". And see if there is any way you could make the last day up. Goodluck

 

dang your msf teachers are strict as hell. i remember my coaches were so nice, if you failed or came late you could retake it the following week. they allowed you to retake it like twice until they have to fail you.

yeah, you have to wait a month just to get in a class, so they don't fool around because the demand is so high. I'll call them tomorrow and find out exactly if I can make it up or not, but if they act as tough as they talk, I'm done.
