after seeing the guides to fix a leak coming from the cam seal, i have decide to try doing it myself. everything looks straight forward. what i want to know is what is hondabond? i dont feel like going to the dealer to buy it. are there any none honda brand that i can buy from an autoparts store? also when it says to put the honda bond on the seal do i put the bond all over the seal? any response is greatly appreciated by this new integra owner!

 

honda bond is just gasket sealer. you can get some at autozone for a hell of a lot cheaper. go look in the adhesive section and get the stuff in the grey tube.

 

Most people agree that Permatex Ultra Grey is a suitable replacement for HondaBond. You can find it at almost any parts store.
