I think they were referring actually to what are more commonly called the Koni Red shocks (actually correctly known as the Koni Special). It has at times over the years been an orangish red color rather like a tomato although the current shade is more red in color. The Special tends to be a a slightly softer valved but still performance shock sold at a lower price and normally internally adjustable (off the car) instead of externally adjustable like most Sports and they tend to have fewer if any adjustable spring perches.
There has not been an actual orange colored shock released by Koni ...yet.

Read my lips...or at least my typing. You are referring to and showed a photo of the Koni Special which is commonly referred to by color as a Koni red. If you were to look at the exact shocks, it will have "Special D" stamped into the body.
Koni has never used the color names for the products but they are often referred to as such. As I said, the Special over the years has had several shades of red including a very tomatoey looking oriagish red color. There has never been a purely orange Koni shock to this point but again the actual model name of Koni Special is the best way to discern it.
The Koni Sport is often called the Koni yellow and the new Koni FSD will in time be called the Koni gold as the trend will likely continue. Don't be surprised if you see an actual truly orange shock at some time but it would be a totally different Koni than currently exists.
What is it that you would actually like to know about the orangish red Koni Special? I would be happy to help.

LOL..
Ok.
I would like to know if they are externally adjustable (like the yellows)
? or have to pre adjust them like the current Koni reds ?

Very few Koni Specials were made externally rebound adjustable, probably 95+% were internally adjustable.
Except for a small run of '84-87 CRX/Civic fronts, I can't readily think of eny externally adjustable Specials for the Honda/Acura family. Maybe a few Mustangs, Omnis, early RX&s but no Hondas. For an externally adjustable Honda family damper, the yellow colored Koni Sports were the only answer.
If you look at a Koni part number, there will always be a two or four digit series number followed by a dash then four digits. That series number for an externally adjustable unit will always end with a number 1 or a 10 to be externally adjustable (e.g. 8041-, 8741-8610, etc.). Without the 1 in the final or second to last position then it will not be externally rebound adjustable. But if you have the shock in hand to see a part number, you can just as easily see that it is or isn't externaly adjustable.
