PR3 and jdm GSR motor

so i have heard that if you are running a pr3 (jdm obd1 b16 ecu ) with a GSR motor that you have to run a different dizzy, and run a 2 oxygen sensor setup ? is this always the case?
bc im running a obd1 JDM GSR with a LS dizzy, i had cut off the one leg to make it work ( its hella ghetto i know. but im broke ), ( skunk 2 mani. so im not worried about contolling the secondaries like a GSR manifold ) and will be running a PR3 from a obd1 jdm b16 since my chipped p28 went bad.and am still using a single oxygen sensor on my header. am i gonna be running into problems with this setup ?

Pr3 is obd0 b16 ecu. Yes it does want 2 o2 sensors, but if you get a chipped pw0 or pr3 then you can disable one of them and only use one and be fine.
EDIT: I forgot there was a pr3 that did the Integra RSi/XSi that is obd1, :-(, you'll have conflict with the o2 sensors though.

i have heard that the obd1 pr3, and the obd1 p30 are basically the same exact ECU except the pr3 has more agressive ignition/ fuel maps. ? can someone verify this? if so then why would there be conflict with the pr3. when i know a few people who have run the p30 in an obd1 car/setup, and had no problems with just the single 2 wire oxygen sensor on the header?

hmm. well, that sucks. looks like ill be wiring in another o2 sensor. anyone know of a way to do that ( like from the cat. or anything ? ) ? or how is it possible to somehow eliminate the secondary w/o having it chipped?
