Hi, my problem is i used to have ITR in my car but is not there anymore and now im trying to put stock engine back on that motor has like 30k miles so is fairly new. Everything is on i got a new wiring harness cause old one was messed up. im only getting code 10, but it wont start. Today i check if i was getting spark and noticed that i would only get spark sometimes so im thinking that it could be distributor but it looks good still, what do you think could be wrong?

P.S I am getting fuel i already checked and it sounds like it wants to start i even get back fire sound from exhaust. oh and the car is a 1997 civic DX M/T
