i got the ge ls/vtec conversion kit

i need help with getting a tb and intake mani i was looking at the aebs or the edeal brock but alot of people tell me thats only for boost but wut do u guys think would be the best mani for my setup and i was thinking 68mm tb shouldi go bigger or 68 is good and i also need lms i have an extra gsr head should i use those lms and wut thinkness head gasket should use thanks for any info
