Hey, would a custom tranny with the 1-3 gears=b16 and 4th and 5th gears are ITR would it max out at around 110 mph for an integra-ls??

good im getting just two different sides of a story between 2 different people

see im getting a tranny swap through a performance shop they said they would try to find an ls tranny for me. Come to find out they found a custom hybrid between a b16 tranny and an ITR tranny and they said said they would refurbish it for me but i just wanted to make sure it wouldnt top around 110mph because while looking for some audio equipment for my car i happen to tell the owner of the audio store who also works on cars, he said it would top around 110 because it would spin out too fast which i also thought was bs.

Actually what do u think would happen if i decided to get thatg installed into my car?? The Guy from the performance shop said it would add an *** load of tq and definately increase my 0-60 speed any other opinions?
