Default how can i check my valves to see if they are bend and also check the valve seal?

i got a head with unknown miles, How do I check the valves to see if they are straight and if the valves are sealing? The heads is removed from the block.

pour petrol into chamber to see if vales are bent.

yes, just pour water or any other solvent that is really thin into the runner, if it seeps out at the valves, good chance they are bent. To check seals you have to start disassembling the head.
