Default Crower 404..in theory will I loose power?

After tuning my car on the dyno with 0,0 cam angles I still couldn't get the car to idle when it got to a normal temp! I called crower and the tech told me to go -1 int and +1 on exh. and now the car idles but I need to go back to the dyno to remap the a/f ratio and timing table!!

I no this reduced the amount of overlap but what does it affect the cams perfromance??? Good or bad???

Thnaks

I typed this post at work very quickly and it came out in mest up english LOL

What I 'm trying to find out before I go on the dyno is what effects will -1 int and +1 exh. have on the performance of my crower 404 cams???

Stock intake manifold and TB + 2 3/4" intake
11.2:1 comp. with crane valve springs + retainers
4-2-1 jdm b16a headers with 2 1/4" collector + 2 1/4" test pipe + 2 1/4" cat back to a remus reacing 2" muffler
