What is an s-1 tranny?
I have this tranny laying around that I am going to sell, but I want to know first what it is, since it seems to have L.S.D. Any help? the sticker on the front of it says S-1 and some other crap.

The S1 is a B-Series cable transmission. It would work on those cars that have a cable transmission, with a B16/17/18/20 engine installed.
To see if it has LSD, just look through where the axles go in at -do you see a large PIN blocking 1/2 the view of looking through the hole? If no, thats LSD or a busted up diff.
