i want a 2 inch drop, and i have searched and found that eibach sportline is 1.7in and H&R doesnt have a 2in drop....what kind of springs do you recommend? i want a 2 inch drop.

for a 2" drop your probably going to need coil overs.. I have the Sportlines w/ Koni shocks on my car maybe on the lowest perch setting it'd be close to 2" but your better off looking into maybe GC coilovers w/ Koni shocks..

 

do you have pics of your car? id like to see the drop.

i have a 2.25 inch drop using progress springs...ride is excellent.

 

get the tien springs

 

tein= massive amounts of $$ which i cant afford at the moment.

 

Keep in mind most springs will settle another .25" or so after they've been on the car for a few months, so you'll probably be fine with something like the Eibach sportlines or the Neuspeed kit that has about the same drop. If you want more flexibility than that, get a set of Ground Control coilovers -- good price and quality, also can custom order spring rates if you like...

 

I would go with coilovers and not those cheap ones. Either skunk2 or ground control. I have skunk2's.

 

Neuspeed Race spring...very nice ride. The front tires rub in real hard turns though...

 

I'm using the H&R coilover and shock setup. I think I have a 2 1/2" drop.

 

eibach sportlines are actually about 1.80 drop to 2.15 ...i have them and i have had no problems

 

yeah i've had my sportlines for over 3 yrs (rode around on stock shocks for a while until i had money for my Koni's).. haven't had any problems w/ them either...
