I have two things I worry about. There is a large plastic thing that was under my engine. It was there to cover the belt under the car. I had to cut that peice off because my tire rubbed against it and ripped it off causing it to drag and I couldn't put it back on. Is this something to worry about, or can I just leave it like that?

2) I don't know if it is because of the cold weather, but when I first start the car, there is a buzzing sound that comes from the head. I don't know if that is normal or not. All I can say is that it goes away when the car heats up to normal temperature.
