are these equal to each other

I was just curious to know if the d16a6 from a 89-91 SI, is equal to this http://www.hmotorsonline.com/s...30018.
If not, what are the differences, what are the similarities, and what car does it originally come from

They're the same except for the camshaft and exhaust header..I think it comes from jap spec integra..?
