Default Cleaning injectors

Did a search to little avail...

I know a friend of mine got his injectors cleaned when he was swapping out a motor. He shipped them to some company (just emailed him to get the name) where they cleaned each injector, replaced o-rings, and then flow tested each injector. I'm curious if any of you have used a service such as this and can vouch for any of them. Also is it worth the money vs. just using 44k fuel treatment (best stuff that comes in a can, only from the dealorships).

Thanks in advance...again

u can get BG products from BG company you dont have to get it from dealership..there is a 3 stage injector clean that is very good, we buy it from the BG man ,,it comes with bg44k the stuff u add to tank, a spray cleaner to clean out the carbon in the throttle body and idle adjust valve, and a can which u let the car run and slowly suck it down from the pcv valve .to break up all the carbon and clean the injectors....this stuff works really good we have been using it for 5 years now ,, it works wonders for smoothing idles .....

Thanks for the input desert, I didn't realize the same company did throttle body cleaner too. Sounds a hell of a lot better than the trusty SeaFoam (but its so much fun to get the fire department called for the big plume of white smoke!). And I can vouch for the idle, runs like **** when its in the tank but she purrs like a kitten...with an exhaust problem (hopefully fixed soon, its like **** why even bother with all the winter salt on the road).

Unfortunately I was talking more sending it in somewhere to get them rebuilt and flowtested.
