Spoon Vtec controller question
I bought a Spoon Vtec controller recently for my upcoming head swap with a D16Z6. The wiring with the controller I have had gray plugs, not white like I have seen on others. I have heard that the white plugs are for ODB-0 and I will be ODB-1 with the head swap and p28 ecu. Do I have the correct connectors? It came with a 92-95 **** which tells me that it is wiring for an EG ecu, but I would like to know for sure before I get ready to do the swap. Any help is appriciated!!
yes that should be the right one, i have the same one i have been trying to sell forever no one seems to want any spoon bling anymore
i have the eg **** on my spoon i still have it if anyone wants, i got a used JDM datasystems vtec controller, its pretty rare it has 2 settings for vtec activation, one for stock setting, displays rpm's, and has a built in lap/split timing for the track and has a rev warning indicator
i just looked at mine again it has gray connectors, for obd1, i have no use for the obd1 stuff if you can verify you have white obdo plugs ill trade ya plugs
