Default D15 with D16y5 head

I know a D15b2/b7 with D16z6 (who has CR 9,2) head (mini-me) gives a higher CR (about 10.5 i though). D16y5 has CR 9,6. So what about a D15 with D16y5 head. It will give me high compression, and so mass of torque. Or am I thingkin wrong?? Maybe Someone tried this??

I don't see why anyone would use the D16Y5 head since you aren't going to gain power from it.
