Well, my ex got into a car accident, and I went to help her out, wait for the cops and what not, cuz it was raining. And so we are hanging out in the nice heat parked well off the road in the grass, and some lady loses control of her car and smashes into the back of my Civic The rear left quarter panel looks like a ruffles chip, I cant open the hatch bottom, the glass shatterd of course, my seat broke on impact. Having crazy back and neck pains and the place my mom sent me to sues also, soooo hopefully I get some good money so I can get a new car, Im thinking fix my AE86, Get an 05 RSX-S or Save up some more and go STI. I dunno, but I miss my Hatch

Ouch sorry to hear about that. I would research before you jump into anything I know the insurance on RSX-S are pretty killer in our area. It usually takes a while with any kind of settlement. Best bet is to get a lawyer and son't sign anything from the other insurance company. Sucks about the back and neck pains.

i was in a head on collision in june and had crazy pain from it too. get a lawyer ASAP. before you go to the doctor again, before you get another pain killer Rx. get a lawyer ASAP. and if there was in bleeding or broken bones, make note of it. blood and guts are what bring in the dough. unfortunately, all of my damage was soft tissue. nerves and muscle. anyway, don't get down, cause i know it is easy to. everything will really work out. it's just a matter of time. i just got my settlement last week and the accident was in june. so don't expect things to be over and done with really quick. insurance agencies suck and drag their f'ing feet just to drain the tenacity of the people they're trying not to pay. anyway, kick some *** and don't settle until you have a lawyer and all of your medical bills compiled. I drive an EG too.

there's just something about those hatchbacks. i want an RSX too though. pricey though.
