Default which wheels for my '98?

i've got a white '98 prelude and i'm looking at getting a set of 18" Motegi DP12's in a black color. i've got stock 16's on right now for the winter and a set of 18" moda R3's w/ new tires sitting in my garage... i wanna get rid of the moda's and upgrade to the motegi's but i can't decide what color would look best... they have supposedly a gloss and hyper black and i can't tell whether the gloss black would be too shiny or if the hyper black is even a black...it looks lighter than the gunmetals... trying to figure out what would look the sharpest and nicest. anybody's opinions would help. thnx.
here are some pix for reference...

Gloss Black

Hyper Black

Gunmetal

The hyper black look good but the choice could also depend on if you want your brakes to stand out. Have you detailed your calipers or installed after market rotors? If so the gloss black could be better because the grey brakes will stand out. Personally I prefer the hyper black but it's your car - go for what you like the best!! Nice choice of rim style too.

does the hyper black finish almost look like it's a silverish instead of a black finish? or is it just the lighting i've tried to find other pix of it, but it's hard to tell... so far i think i'm leaning towards the gloss... thnx.

I don't really like the wheel choice, but I would go with the gloss black because the polished lip will really stand out when you are driving and is the complementary color to white.

I'm not feeling the choices so I thought I'd throw these out there.

I have gloss black wheels on my 1997 Type-SH... but it's red, not white. If you want to see some pics of them, search the Prelude forum for a post called something like: " pics of newly-installed RSX seats... ".

I wouldn't get rims that look like that, especially 18's. If that's what you're set on, then I would get the gloss black.

why does everyone have to be so mean? its not your car so whats it matter. . . Do you have any carbon fiber on your car? If so then I think the hyper black would set it off.

thnx 2 the people w/ the opinions.. appreciate them... i'll try and post a picture up of my car, so you can get a better idea. i'm not set on the motegi's and i'm still looking but i don't wanna spend too much... i've got limited funds, only 18. ...and to the people that got nothing better to say and are on here busting everyone's chops on every single thread b/c they think they're cool; you're making honda-tech start to suck.. everybody's got something stupid to say like it's some sort of dumb fashion trend, what the heck is everybody's frickin' problem... everything is "gay rice", "stupid rice", "dumb ricer" with you people, well guess what, you live in the U.S. and you own a Japanese car and you buy parts to modify a car to be like the Japanese racers, and whoever the heck wants to state their opinion and do whatever the heck they want with their own cash, then more power to them... you people are more stuck on your "anti-rice" trends than anybody else is on "ricing" or whatever you call it, no one cares. i'm not trying to build a "ricer" i'm looking at modifying my car the way I like it with my own cash. i got some wheels that i was interested in but no, somebody must have seen a motegi sticker on a car in a fast and furious movie or something and suddenly "they're gay ricer wheels" or whatever... well whatever, i'm asking opinions that's the point.. if you don't like them and you're honestly trying to help me out by giving me your opinion then thnx, i appreciate your opinion, and for the people just posting b/c they wanna be known as the "anti-ricers" or whatever your stuck on; then just do yourself a favor and don't post at all.
