Hey CX...
What's exactly wrong with the "Depo" crap? Password, JDM Carboy, JHP, lotsa people, are selling the "Depo" crap at a 1/3 of the cost of "OEM/JDM" foglights ONLY with NO harness, switch, etc.......seems like a good deal to me, I'd rather spend the $$$ on other Engine stuff.....clear/concise input if you can Substantiate your "Depo CRAP" claims please, I'm about to purchase the "Depo Crap." Front end gets a lot of **** hittin it constantly and I really can't justify the extra $$$ for essentially JDM Bling for such susceptible front mounted components.

hey bud, well its just my preference to use only oem/jdm or highend aftermarket parts at all times. the depos have a very slightly thinner plastic molding (causing easier cracking) and the line indentations on the front are not exactly as oem. these are very slight differences that anyone would miss and not notice. and my car is not a daily car so this limits the rocks and such that would cause damage to the front end. but it could happen still.
but like i said its just my personal preference to only have oem/jdm parts on my car. the crap part comes only as slight joke. (this is where you laugh)
the depo fogs work perfectly fine, the wiring instructions are confusing but other than that they do their job, so if your going to buy some, if you cant afford the oem or the jdm versions then i would get the depos on ebay. and because password, jhp, carboy etc...sell these parts is because we're not all made of money, and the majority dont mind using "fake" parts on our cars, this includes wheels aswell.
but its just my preference not to buy any depo, omni, d2, rota, etc aftermarket parts. i stay strickly to oem/jdm/mugen/spoon etc...
but who knows i may have to get some depo's too

Hey man....thanks for the point of view.....and explanation. I think for the price, if they did become cracked within the first year or so due in part to the "slightly thinner plastic molding," I could actually put the $$$ together and replace them brand new, probably at least twice before I could even scrape together the $$$ to buy the OEM JDM HOP stuff.
It's an opinion and I appreciate your time in sharing it, but I'm pretty sure I'm going with the TYC/Depo stuff....really the $$$ is excellent.
thanks CX

yea i already check... the only side readily available is the passenger side. only... the drivers side is no longer available for sale separately... the only other way to get a drivers side cover is to buy any of the few left over full foglight kits...
trust me i checked throughly drivers side is no longer for sale..
i guess not too many people damage that side.. lol thanks man.

i thought you had the covers already and brand new? because you were offering to sell them to me for $75 bucks.
well i get mine in japan through my cousin. even in japan they are discontinued so only used ones are available. i was able to get mine, but am still looking for extras there too.
your only other option is to get depo ones.

oooh, yea that was a whiiile back right? well yea, that was when the dealership had both of them in stock . .. . but since then, i went bak 2 get them 4 myself and 1 side was discontinued and the other side was only left
depo... hmmm well i hope no one gets affended by this, but i think those are kinda cheap . .. . i dont know, i just think differently about a car when they have parts like that . . . . i think i'd rather just not put my stanley yellow fog light kit on and wait 4 oem ones, then mate them with depo or aftermarket ones . .. jus my opinion . ..
