Default How much did you pay for tuning??

Just seeing how much you all paid for tuning on your N/A honda's... I am planning to get my 12:1 c/r gsr tuned next week or so as soon as it is dropped in the car. It will be tuned with Hondata s200. Thnx

I paid like $250 and they did a lot pulls (about 20). I didn't think that was bad at all. I have hondata also.

$223 for my first tune on a 12.5 CR 2.0 liter. No idea how many pulls they made, but it made a HUGE difference.

Using AEM EMS.

cool, that isnt too bad. i had to pay a **** load more when i was boosted and had my power fc tuned. $500+. but it sounds like n/a is a bit cheaper to tune and quicker as well.

good to hear that, so it sounds to me like the average price has been $200 - $250. I was just worried i would be paying as much it cost to tune the power fc. hondata is sooo much better already. thnx for info guys. i'll post the dyno sheet up as soon as it is done.

Honestly it has everythign to do with how good your tuner is. Dyno time is almost always charged by the hour....and 50-75 per hour is the goign rate where I am at.

yeah i know that, but the dude that will be tuning it is very good so it shouldnt be the most time consuming tune ever. I was going for a estimate from you all. Thanks for all the replys.

My friend got his DC5-S tuned with K-Pro over the course of 3 hours, paid $300 I believe. I don't know how many pulls but the rate was per hour.

I've been shopping around for tuning quotes for my SR w/ PowerFC and it's looking to come out around $600 for me, said and done.

tuning time by the hour, dyno time by the hour. as many pulls as you can get.
