Pick up my call yo ,after a long wait of three weeks u sent me a 52mm TWM when i ordered a 50mm and where the f*ck is my 440cc injectors ??? Fax me the invoice , u just have thousand of excuses and everytime i change a new number u pick up then the next day after knowing thats my number u dont pick up. That is a bad customer service and i regret buying stuff from you.I have been very patient dealing with you but now i ran out of patience. Nice day.....
Damn!! that sucks man... BBB, that is the best way to go about. ( well that and a couple gallons of Gasoline under his door ) j/k for real tho, hit up the BBB and try to get that **** worked out. sorry to hear that, I will remember that in the future, i was actually planning ot buy a radiator through them, butF*ck that now! good luck
customer service is a key to success these days. w/ everyone selling **** cheap and discounted ,these guys need to learn that and start taking their customers serious or they will be out of business shortly.

What state are they located in? You need to file a complaint with your State's Dept. of Consumer Affairs, it will be more effective than BBB if they are not a BBB member.

I had the same experience this month. Bought some 54mm TWMs from them because they had them IN STOCK and for a good price. Turns out they didn't have anything in stock and they gave us the runaround for a couple weeks.
The owner did take matters into his own hands yesterday, drove to the supplier, and sent them next day. They will be at my house when I get home.
The service when we ordered was outstanding and they called back right away to let me know when they would ship. The problem was when they did NOT ship, they had lots of different stories about what the hell was going on and they would say they were going to call and they never did. That is when the owner took matters into his own hands and got the job done.
Things happen and that is fine. I appreciate how the owner picked up the slack and took care of us

wow this suck's. If you guy's need twm product im a master dealer for them. we alway's stock the b16/b18/h22/k20 kit's. Buy the way if you have not installed these 52mm itb's and want 50mm Ill switch them for you just pay for shipping

Problem is im far away from the US, and i told my relatives there to make the payment.Anthony will not pick up my relatives call and just kept giving bs story. Should have bought from u Cpt, i tried calling high end but no one pick up ( time difference ??). So what happens if i use the 52mm on my B18c5. cr: 13.2 Jun 4 cams ,motec ....Just wondering

i would not buy from iTunedUSA. He vouched for a scammer, who use to be a sponser on here, and now im out $500 bucks. He wont help me get it back. He wont give me the guys address so i can confront the guy about it. The shadiest part is that the dude who scammed me used iTunedUSA's account to allegedly order my wheels and his cell phone is in iTunedUSA'a name. He also lied many times for the scammer. Now im gonna go through this legally and try to get my money. But first im going to get some advice from some of my girlfriends family members who are cops. expletive iTunedUSA
