how can you tell when your oxy sensors are bad? im getting a code 1 and 2 in obd0 b16 and i already had replaced them once.. anybody else had this problem?

 

Another question, does the ecu check engine light go on when the o2 sensor is going out? my car is wasting too much gas i get about 180 miles to a full tank. i was thinking it was my o2 sensor but i dont have a check engine light on.

make sure the o2's are hooked up right, to the right ecu pins
