ok heres the deal i bought on o2 sensor like 2months ago at autozone, its still under warranty i told them it doesnt work order me a new one, that was 1 month ago, came in 3 days ago went to go return the one i had bought cuz i was tired of waiting and got one at honda dealership, i told this lady that worked there and she said she needed the honda reciept.....thats stupid but i cant find my reciept does anyone have one. i know it sounds dumb but it really help me out alot.

 

So you're saying you bought an o2 sensor from autozone? If so, they should have you in their computer, expecially if its something thats covered under warrany

 

I'm not sure they would give you their money back without a receipt...but I'm sure they would give you a credit towards something else in the store.

 

i had my reciept in hand and was in computer, this lady just wouldnt do it cuz i bought another o2 sensor at honda and since that fixed my code 43 problem she wanted to see that reciept. its retarded!

 

honda should have a copy of the sales transaction. just call them, tell the myour name, and they should be able to find the item you bought and paid for, and then just have them print you another reciept.
