Default foglights DRL

I've connected my 2000 Civic Foglights for DRL followed the post from this site,
so.when ever i turned on my DRL, my foglights, two signals and my tail lights will be under DRL mode, if i turn it fully, my HID will turn on as well.
last night, when i started my car, turn on my DRL, right hand side of my turn signal is gone, and left hand side of my foglight is gone. I assumed it is because of the bulb is blown or something, but the funny part is when i turn on my right signal, like what people usually do when they making a right turn, it will flash, u know how DRL is a little dimmer. Its the right hand side DRL and left hand side foglight DRL don't work

I've tried to change the Fuse, no luck
now I get this funny looking on my car, Left DRL and Right Foglight DRL only..
any adivces or ideas whats the problem coming from?
