Is it jerking while shifting? Is there a spike in rpm's just as the tranny shifts? I'm guessing it's an auto? When was the last time you had the tranny fluid changed? More info please.
Which is a mute point considering it doesn't have a filter which is changable.
Honda Automatics have a tendency to get weird and shift funky if the fluid change interval is extended much past the recommended period.
Good news, however, Honda transmissions respond well to periodically having the fluid changed (refer owners' manual).
In extreme cases, it requires having it power flushed.

Although you'll get all manner of recommendations on what will work, I limit my suggestions to Honda ATF exclusively.
On really tough (stubborn) cases, I've used a BG flush machine, Trans Flush and Honda ATF.

Go to honda and buy Honda ATF. This is all honda recommends and no others. I believe it is 2.7L but I can't remember off the top of my head. Honda will be able to look up the specs for you on how much it takes to change. Also you will need a funnel with a tube, a 3/8 breaker bar, a 19mm socket with extension.
And don't forget to get a new drain bolt washer from honda as they recommend changing every time. You most likely won't need one for the fill bolt as they are not under extreme pressure and can be reused once or twice as long as they are not squished out to bad.
You want to be careful installing drain plug and only tighten it until the washer squishes or go by torques. If you strip the threads on the tranny you're fucked.
Hope this helps. plus you have a A/T dipstick and don't fill up over the line. Too much is too bad.

Just remember to use the spell checker, and use the "The search function isn't working" excuse only twice. Any more than that and you stand to get fragged. (Flamed, whatever)
