dammit, someone stole my cd player out of my car.
this is so gay. some idiot jack my cd player from my car. atleast he didnt' rip the wires out or smash a window to get in. now i need a new one. dammit. it **** me off when a idiot theft like that happens. anyhow, enough blowing steam. in the market for a new deck. any suggestions? something with a fold down or motorized face. with or without mp3 is fine. the one that got jack was a Pioneer DEH-P3500.

Sucks that happened. I want to ground the back of my deck with a thick steel cable and use those keyed allen bolts. Anyways, I think that's the one that my brother has in his civic, he seems to like it. I had one like it also come with my civic, and as far as being functional, I liked the pop-out volume ****. Personally I'm done with the cheaper stuff. I've spent more on stuff I use much less often than my car stereo.

theives suck! thank goodness for insurance. You did have full coverage right? Now is the perfect opportunity to upgrade!
It is tough to keep theives from stealing your ****, but you can make it more difficult. The only drawback is that next time, they'll probably jack up your whole dash trying to get it out. Best bet is to keep full coverage, and install an alarm system. Most of the time, theives will see a blinking LED and hopefully choose another, easier target. Oh and take your detachable face off and carry it in the house with you.
