gas in oil?
what would cause this... im prety sure the map sensor is no good i keep getting a code for it but havent checked the wireing yet, and the car idles high... but what would cause the gas to get into the oil and how bad is this??
starts in about 2 cranks... not buring oil its running rich though... never thought about the coil i will check that... mileage im not sure of cuz ive only driven the car twice i just bought it... and it cant be the rings because i just did a compression test and got ... 180...175...180...180...
unless there was a problem before i got it and there is still gas in there cuz after the oil change the oil is still BLACK and very thin

Starts in two cranks, isn't someone here lucky
Mine is a 8 crank experience, through all my motors.

Sounds like you could have a blowby problem, possibly from excess crankcase pressure. Is your pcv system hooked up? Have you replaced your pcv valve recently? Or it could just be from running way rich. Either way, take care of it ASAP before you wash out your rings!
