Aright, i am gettin a dx motor for free from a friend and i have an hf, I was wonderng if i swaped my mpfi from the hf for the dual point. would this work good even though the intake mani. from a hf is the size of a straw?? Oh yaah this is also goin to be turboed.

 

Let me see if I follow what you are doing. YOu are going to put a DX motor into your HF. You are going to keep the MPFI from the HF. If that is what your are going to do it will work. Why not go ahead and get the intake manifold , cam and computer from an Si. That would put you at about 100 hp which would be very comparable to the Si.

 

the hf ecu and mpfi will still yeild 60 hp or around there if u do the si mpfi with pm6 from the si u will see a significant gain even over the si due to teh higher compression my d15 is alot better than any si d16a6 and i have a d15b1
